Spice up your summer with peach ginger iced tea! Ginger brings out tart flavour, and most importantly has countless health benefits. Add a little bit of honey to make it milder.

2. Iced Apple-Mint Green Tea

Infuse your favourite apples into your favourite green tea, it’ll bring you joy, we promise! Use Granny Smith apples, which are known to be an amazing source of vitamin C and rich in fibre.
