7. Enjoy Your Day To The Fullest
The best feeling is when you’re so tired you lay on your bed and you feel like you’re melting into your pillows. Enjoy your day to the fullest so you can call it a night and close your eyes without any guilt!
8. Wake Up To Sunlight
Waking up to natural light helps you to freshen up and sleep better. Absorbing sunlight in the morning helps our body to produce melatonin which balances sleep cycles and our internal clock. Open up your curtain on a sunny morning, take some time to sit by the window and absorb sunlight, and let your body feel all the energy.
9. Keep a Regular Bedtime Routine
On top of waking up to natural light, having a regular bedtime ensures you to have enough sleep and keep you feel refreshed. Sleep and wake up around the same time even on weekends. To have your internal clock balanced is the key to a pleasant morning.
