As someone who always seems to have the #travelbug, I’m constantly on the search for the next adventure. Over the years, I’ve catalogued a list in my head of the tips I wish I had known when I first started traveling. Today, I’ll be sharing some of my top travel hacks to make a long-haul flight as painless as possible!

- On the day of a long flight, I always like to get an intense workout in, as I know I won’t have the opportunity once I’m on the plane. Plus it also helps knock me out once I’m on-board!
- Airplanes never have enough blankets, yet are always so unbelievably cold. To stay warm, I bring a scarf in my carry-on that doubles as a blanket and a pillow. I also pack a pair of warm socks just in case.
- We all know airplane cabins have air that is extremely drying. As such, it’s so important to take the right precautions to protect your skin in-flight. I always bring a reusable water bottle when traveling, and chug a full bottle before boarding the flight. Every time the air stewardess comes by, I refill my bottle to stay hydrated.
- Another way to protect your skin when flying is to carry a bag of travel-size skincare products and have a mini facial mid-flight. Check out our travel-size makeup remover wipes, facial toning mists, and serums to keep your skin hydrated and step off the plane glowing!
